Sorry I haven't been posting lately.  I was under the weather for a few days.  I am finally starting to feel motivated to do something other than just sit around.  I am still working on getting my indoor photos perfected so please bear with me.

This is the last birthday party outfit.  I wore this to my niece's 18th birthday party.  We went bowling.  I haven't been bowling in years, but it was a lot of fun.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas.  Despite being sick, it was truly the best Christmas ever.

Here is another birthday party outfit.  This is what I wore to my husband's birthday party in November.  I actually wore a different wig and different shoes, but I think my new silver spiked heels looked better with it.

You may have noticed that these shoes were on my wish list for December.  They were 55 percent off so I couldn't pass them up.  They did however arrive damaged.  Hopefully, we will be able to fix them.  These are the second pair of shoes I've ordered from AMI Clubwear and both had some sort of damage.  Not sure if that is due to shipping or the quality of the shoes they sell.  If you plan on buying from them, be aware that they might not be exactly what you want when you get them.  Have you ordered anything from AMI Clubwear?  If so, was it damaged?  I would love to know if I am the only one experiencing this.

This time of year (starting just before Thanksgiving), my life gets pretty busy with events.  Not just holiday events, but with birthdays.  My husband, father-in-law and niece all have birthday's in November and December.  So there are lots of parties to attend.

I wore this outfit to my father-in-law's birthday party.  I had just got this wig in the mail the day before.  I was super excited to wear it somewhere.  I've been wanting this wig for awhile since red and black is one of my favorite color combination.  The wig did not disappoint.  Definitely one of my favorites now.

First, I would like to apologize for the indoor pictures.  Truth be told, I hate being cold (which is all the time, pretty much anything under 70 degrees Fahrenheit).  I hate the way I look when I'm cold.  My nose is red and I look all tense.  So I made an executive decision to do indoor photos for the rest of the winter.  I hope you don't mind.  If you do, let me know.

I wore this outfit a couple of weeks ago to a photo shoot for our Christmas card.  It felt very Christmasy to me.  My mom (who was the photographer) said I looked like Where's Waldo.  Not quite the look I was going for.

December Wish List

1. Blue Bowler Hat
If you haven't noticed, I love hats.  I have hats of all styles, but most of them are black.  I would love to add some colors to my hat collection.

2. Green Batty Sweater
I am loving this bat sweater especially the green.  It is out of stock in my size, but I hope they get more in.

3. Silver Spiked Heels
These heels are awesome.  Love the spikes.  I have to get these especially since they are 55 percent off right now.

4. Blue Lipstick
I use to be to scared to wear wild makeup, but the older I get the less I care what people think.  I love this blue lipstick from Melt cosmetics, but so does everyone else because it is out of stock.

5. Green Velvet Dress
Still looking to add some green into my wardrobe.  This dress looks so warm and soft.  So pretty.

6. Black PVC Skater Skirt
I've been eyeing this PVC skirt from Blackmilk for several months.  Still haven't been able to get it before it sells out.

7. Rib Cage Sweater
I have to have this Killstar sweater.  I love anything with skulls and bones on it.  It's sold out too.

8. Ruffle Socks
When I was little I wore ruffle socks all the time.  At some point, you get to old to wear them.  I have little feet and can still wear these if I want.  So why not?
    
I hope to get some of these things for Christmas. If not, maybe I can get them in the new year when things are back in stock.

This outfit feels a little too traditional for me.  I wore it a few weeks ago to an instrumental concert.  Lately, I've been looking at instagram a lot and getting really inspired by some new people that I have found.  I'm ready to change up my look a bit.  I can't wait to play around with outfits.  So stay tuned.

Occasionally, on my days off, I can go to work with my husband.  I do this to spend more time with him.  Unfortunately, he works long hours during the week so we don't get to see each other very much.  Luckily, my husband works a job that allows me to go with him.

I know I don't post a whole lot of casual outfits on here.  I am more of an overdressed for every occasion person.  Any way, the other day when I went to work with him, I wore this.  There is a lot of sitting involved so I needed to be comfortable.  These overalls and sweater are super comfy.  I enjoyed spending my day off with my best friend even if it was while he was working.
