Express is my husband's favorite store.  Before I met him, I never even stepped foot in that store.  It is a little expensive for my taste and I like a bargain.  While he was browsing around the store, I started seeing things that I liked.  Now, I am full on in love with the store.

One of the reasons why I love Express is the fact that their clothes run big.  Who isn't going to love wearing a smaller size than they do at another store.  I wear a size small at Express and that makes me so happy.  Even in high school, when I was super skinny, I didn't wear a small.  So thank you Express for making me feel skinny again.  Now, if we can just work on your prices.

I am all about mixing bold colors that you wouldn't think go together.  Although red and purple do go together, most people don't wear this color combination unless they are in the red hat society.  I am not in the red hat society, but I still love this outfit.

I bought these purple and black striped jeans a few weeks ago and have been itching to wear them.  They are so much fun.  I can't believe they are from K-Mart.  I am still sad that I missed out on the other prints they had.  Maybe they will sell them again this fall.  Look at me talking about fall already.  What is wrong with me?  What do you think about red and purple together?

29" Long Curly w/ Long Bangs Flaxen Blonde eBay Wig Review {Seller xanimestuffstorex}

You've seen my long blonde wig that I've been wearing in recent outfit posts.  If you haven't, check it out here, here, here, and here.  It is one of my favorite wigs and I thought I would do a review for you today.

I purchased the wig from the eBay seller xanimestuffstorex and it is no longer available.  However, I did find a listing for the same wig in a different color.  Flaxen Blonde is the name of the color I purchased.  This seller also has a regular website that I have purchased 2 other wigs from.  The shipping is slightly cheaper if you buy through their website.

Review:

Like I said before, this wig is one of my favorites.  You may have noticed that the stock image has long side swept bangs and mine does not.  I did cut the bangs and they are a little wonky.  I call this wig my Betsey Johnson wig since the bangs look like her bangs.

I love Betsey Johnson and her style so I am ok with that.

This wig is synthetic, but really really soft.  It tangles slightly, but not like other wigs I have.  The wig is very long (almost down to my butt) and the color is a very light blonde.  Not yellow at all.

At $27, the price is slightly higher than the other eBay wigs that I have purchased, but the quality is way better.     

This eBay seller is located in the US so you do have to pay shipping.  But, you will get the wig very quickly.  It takes about a week to get.

I highly recommend this eBay seller and their website Animestuffstore.com.  They sell tons of different colors, lengths and styles.  I'll probably buy every color they sell of this wig.

I'll keep you posted on the other 2 wigs (which are the same style as the above wig) that I have purchased from them.  You will see them here on the blog soon.

This is what I wore on my birthday shopping spree.  I was going to wear something else originally but, I changed my mind when I got my Love Culture package in the mail.  As soon as I tried these overalls on, I knew that I was going to wear them shopping.  They are so comfy.  When I was in high school, I had like 7 pairs of overalls.  They were my go-to outfit when I wanted to be comfy and casual.  So I am glad I decided to wear these because it was a really long day.

Despite being comfortable, I still got a lot of compliments on my outfit.  I think it mostly had to do with my hair.  My husband started keeping track of our compliments and made a competition out of it.  He insists that he won, but I think we tied.

The Sunday before my birthday, I was invited to my parent's house for a birthday party for my parent's chihuahua (BeeGee).  It turns out it was kind of a party for BeeGee, my niece (Makennah) and me.  All of our birthdays are days apart.  This is what I wore to the party.  

I have been wearing these neon yellow jeans a lot lately and I thought it would be fun to pair it with hot pink and blue.  I just love how it turned out.  The socks were the perfect addition to the outfit.  I can't wait to wear more outfits like this for spring.  

By the way, it is finally starting to feel like spring around.  It is going to be 75 on Thursday.  I can't wait.

Makeup Monday ~ Purple and Black Eyes
