It's been a long week for me.  I worked 5 days in a row which is rare for me.  So I am glad my weekend is finally here.

I wasn't sure about this outfit when I first put it on.  The crop top is a tad too big on me.  I like a more fitted crop top and this one is more of a boxy crop.  But I must say, this is one of my favorite outfits recently.

This is the first time wearing my Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spikes outside.  I know, how can I resist wearing them every day?  But, when you pay that much for a pair of shoes, I'm a little afraid to get them dirty especially in the snow.  They look fantastic outside though.  The pink spikes really pop.  I can't wait to wear them whenever it's not all nasty out.

I'm off to do some cooking and baking.

Happy Friday!  I would say that I am glad this week is over, but I have to work tomorrow so my weekend doesn't start until Saturday evening.  But, I am glad to be home and out of the bitter cold.  Hopefully, today was the last of the frigid temperatures.  It is suppose to be in the 50s next week.  That will feel like summer after all these days in the negative.

Anyway, let's talk about my outfit.  I bought this Kiss crop top during an after Christmas sale at Forever 21.  I didn't actually buy it because I got it for free during their buy 1 sale item get 1 free.  Can't beat that.  I really should wear this hat more often.  I always go to the black boater hat instead of this wide brim fedora from ASOS.  It is gray so I always think I can't wear it, but gray is a neutral, right?

Guess what day it is?  No, it's not hump day.  It's polka dots and stripes day.  I know you all wait with bated breath for my polka dots and stripes look for the week.  So the wait is over.

Today, I am wearing my new striped overalls.  I had a pair similar to this in high school, but they were blue and white and they were super baggy.  These are fitted.  I love them with this polka dot sweater.  Actually, I love this whole outfit.

I was kind of sad when I took these pictures.  Moments before, as I was putting on my makeup, I got news that I wasn't getting that job that I had an interview for last Monday.  I was really excited about this job.  It would have made things so much better.  Oh well.  I'll keep applying places.  Hopefully, I can find something else that I can be excited about.  Either way,  I think the sadness in these pictures makes the pictures better.  I really like them.

I decided to wear this sweater as a dress.  I should have been wearing it that way all along.  It is warm and soft and very comfortable.  Everything you need right now where I live.  I guess we are going to get more snow tonight.  Will the snow ever end?

I woke up at 4 am today and couldn't fall back asleep because I have too many things going through my head (I got some not-so- great news yesterday).  So here I am blogging super early in the morning.
  
I really love this skirt.  I found it online on Forever 21 Kids.  Forever 21's prices are already super cheap to begin with, but the kids clothes are even cheaper.  So I'm extremely happy that I can fit into kids clothes.  A perk of being 5'3".

I'm back to taking pictures outside.  Yay!  Despite getting 6 more inches of snow on Sunday, I still managed to do pictures outside.  It was a nice day.  Not super cold.  So, hopefully, it will start warming up around here and can consistently do my pictures outside.

I wore this outfit last Tuesday when we went to see Rupaul's Drag Race Battle of The Seasons Condragulations Tour in Pittsburgh.  It was so much fun.  I never thought I would ever see my favorite drag queens live in person.  It was really cool.

Speaking of drag queens, Rupaul's drag race season 7 starts tonight.  I can't wait to see all the new queens and pick my new favorites.  Do you watch Rupaul's drag race?  Who is your favorite queens?
