If you follow me on instagram, you already know that my sister had surgery yesterday.  She had to stay in the hospital overnight so I stopped by the hospital to see how she was doing.  This is what I wore.  She is home now and doing well by the way.

I titled this post spring dots, but it does not feel like spring at all here.  I am so sick of this cold weather.  One day it is 60 degrees and then the next day it is 30 and snowing.  What the heck?  Bipolar weather.  I just want to be warm.  It is almost April.  Shouldn't it be like 50 degrees by now.  The forecast says my birthday should be somewhat warm.  I hope that is true.  I don't know if I can handle shopping all day in the cold.
